2023-2024 Housing Applications

The UCF Housing Application for Summer/Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 is open NOW!

All other housing applications will open mid-December (see timeline below). Information about the application was sent to your student’s Knights email account. The application window will remain open until all spots are filled. If you or your student have not already, visit the Housing & Residence Life website to determine which agreement type, campus, and semester you would like to submit an agreement for.

Remember, housing agreements are not confirmed until prepayment is submitted and the application is complete!

Students who are looking for off-campus housing for next year are encouraged to explore options available on the Off-Campus Partners website. The apartment complexes listed there cater to UCF and are generally in close proximity to UCF’s various campuses.  For more information about living off campus student can also contact the UCF Student Neighborhood Relations office at snr@ucf.edu.

Transfer Students:

Housing on UCF’s main campus is very limited and mostly reserved for incoming First Time in College (FTIC) students each year, so transfer students typically live in student housing surrounding the main campus area. There are many resources that can help students find which housing option is best for them, including Student Neighborhood Relations and Off-Campus Partners. If transfer students wish to live in UCF housing, they may apply for our Rosen College Apartments. Remember, housing is not guaranteed for any student. We strongly suggest visiting all websites and researching the best options available to each student. Application Opening Timeline:

Spring 2023 

  • Spring 2023 applications open for all populations Friday, November 4, 2022, 11:30am

Summer 2023 

  • Incoming freshman (FTIC) Summer 2023 applications open Friday, November 18, 2022, 10:00am 
  • All other Summer 2023 applications open mid-February 

Fall 2023 

  • Incoming freshman (FTIC) Fall 2023 applications open Friday, November 18, 2022, 10:00am 
  • All other Fall 2023 applications open mid-December
